About Me

I am excited to offer Massage Therapy and Structural Integration, also known as Rolfing, at Remedy, a healing space I have long dreamed of co-creating. I have been practicing therapeutic bodywork since 1998, and I specialize in Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and Injury Rehabilitation. I completed the Advanced Training at Boulder College of Massage Therapy and graduated from the Guild for Structural Integration. My years of experience lend depth to my bodywork, yet I keep my practice simple, holistic, and effective.

I have explored the therapeutic process with dancers in the Denver Ballet Company, professional triathletes, people who work in construction and folks with chronic injuries. I have also employed my passion for bodywork as a teacher, working to communicate the intricacies of our physical systems and massage therapy to students around the country. Simply put, I am an anatomy geek that just keeps going, and my clients think this is a good thing.

I bring the breadth of my experience, my dynamism and my geeky-ness to each session, fully committing to uncovering a healing path with each client. My passion is discovering a window into the part of each person that is amazing, unstoppable, and undeniable. As I accompany my clients on a healing journey, I work to bring my practical skills, my humor and my enthusiasm to each co-created revolution.
